Red Dead Redemption: Xbox 360, PS3
While working on Red Dead Redemption I was the sole dedicated Senior Environment artist specializing in props, vehicles, and weapons. This included modeling and texturing assets for the game, setting them up to be functional, breakable, animated, etc. Lots of work went into custom requests from designers and cutscene animators for assets related to specific missions and or assets needing specific functionality. Through out the course of the project I also managed a small group of artists working on prop related assets, assisted in scheduling, and art direction where needed. Below is some of my modeling and texture work I have done for the game.
 
Vehicles:
These are a few stagecoaches I created including the Armored Stagecoach used in the Mexican rebel missions and the Mexican stagecoach used in taxi trafficking south of the border.
This is the in game car and armored truck vehicles I created which are used in later FBI missions to the North. The car is based off an early model T and the armored truck is designed to carry a manned gatling maxim gun. The boats are used as backdrops in Thieves Landing and Nosalida.
These are the train cars I created for the basic style train used throughout the Frontier and Mexico. They were also used in several missions when the rebels hijack it to blow up and another when Marston has to use stealth to get it back from the Mexican army.s

 

Props:
This is a glider I created which is used in the RCM Icarus. The guy ends up jumping off the cliff with it and crashes. The crane is used in Blackwater to unload heavy cargo like crates and vehicles.
These are some trees I created and are used all over. These are used in Rio Del Toro, Tumbleweed, and Coots Chapel. The second set is a sign table, and bottles set up I created for Nigel West Dickens snake oil sales which is used in the Plainview merchant cutscene.
Below are some various props I created which are used all over and in different situations. The poker tables and chairs I modeled and textured for minigames and high stakes poker.

 

Weapons:
These are some weapons I created consisting of pistols and rifles.
